The Tricab UP-XXXD/1C1.5BL is a premium, ultra-flexible 1.5mm² (16AWG) single-core low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) marine-grade power wire engineered for DC and AC power distribution, control wiring, and instrumentation circuits across marine vessels, offshore rigs, and industrial applications. Constructed with high-strand tinned annealed copper wire (TACW) insulated by a cross-linked polyolefin (HF-90 / XLPO) compound, it offers exceptional resistance to seawater, oil splash, acid, ozone, and UV exposure.

Designed to meet severe fire safety standards including IEC 60332-3-22 (Category A flame retardancy) and IEEE-45, the cable produces minimal toxic smoke and no corrosive acid gases during a fire event. Featuring an ultra-compact minimum bending radius of just 7mm, the UP-XXXD/1C1.5BL easily navigates tight cable trunks, conduit bends, and switchboard backplanes without stressing internal conductors or causing jacket cracking.
